Personal training for two, with the benefits of a personal trainer.

Train with a partner and encourage each other, with a coach to guide you both. You share the session while still getting individual feedback on your technique and progress.

WHY TRAIN AS A PAIR?

Shared sessions, individual attention

  1. A training partner helps you stay motivated.

  2. Get individual coaching during every session.

  3. Enjoy training in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

YOUR GOALS

What can you work on together?

  1. Enjoy a routine you can keep up

Training with someone else can make sessions more enjoyable and help you keep showing up. You have someone to share the effort with.

  2. Get stronger and fitter

Build strength, fitness and stamina with sessions adapted to the pair and to what each of you can do.

  3. A little extra motivation

When motivation is low, your training partner and coach can help you get going and make the most of the session.

  4. Train with attention to technique

You still get individual feedback on your movements. This helps you train effectively and reduce the risk of injury.

HOW I WORK

How shared training stays personal

  1. Free consultation

We discuss your goals, experience and expectations in a free consultation, with no obligation. Together, we decide whether shared training suits you.

  2. Training that suits you both

Each person trains at their own level. I adapt the exercises so you can both take part with confidence.

  3. Progress together

I guide you both through each session, give individual feedback and help you keep good technique while enjoying the training.

ABOUT ME

Karen Van Rompay, personal trainer in Antwerp

I believe the right support can help anyone become stronger, fitter and more confident.

My interest in training grew out of downhill skateboarding and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Both taught me how much strength, technique and recovery matter when you want to improve.

Sport did not always come easily to me, so I understand that getting started can feel daunting. I focus on a personal approach you can fit into your life and keep up over time.

My aim is to help you enjoy moving again, so training becomes something that gives you energy rather than something you dread.
