HOW I WORK

Build a routine you can keep up

  1. Free consultation

We begin with a free, no-obligation conversation about your goals, experience and expectations. It is a chance to get to know each other and choose the training option that suits you.

  2. A plan that fits you

Your plan takes your body, schedule and goals into account. You know what you are working towards and how each session helps.

  3. Keep making progress

You get guidance, feedback and encouragement along the way. We adjust your plan when needed so you can keep moving forward with confidence.

ABOUT ME

Karen Van Rompay, personal trainer in Antwerp

I believe the right support can help anyone become stronger, fitter and more confident.

My interest in training grew out of downhill skateboarding and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Both taught me how much strength, technique and recovery matter when you want to improve.

Sport did not always come easily to me, so I understand that getting started can feel daunting. I focus on a personal approach you can fit into your life and keep up over time.

My aim is to help you enjoy moving again, so training becomes something that gives you energy rather than something you dread.
