HOW I WORK

How online coaching works

  1. Free consultation

We meet online or in person to discuss your goals, experience and expectations. It gives us a starting point for a plan that suits you.

  2. Your personal training plan

You receive a clear training plan adapted to your level, available time and goals, so you can follow it independently.

  3. Online check-ins

At regular check-ins, we review your progress, answer your questions and adjust your plan if needed.

ABOUT ME

Karen Van Rompay, personal trainer in Antwerp

I believe the right support can help anyone become stronger, fitter and more confident.

My interest in training grew out of downhill skateboarding and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Both taught me how much strength, technique and recovery matter when you want to improve.

Sport did not always come easily to me, so I understand that getting started can feel daunting. I focus on a personal approach you can fit into your life and keep up over time.

My aim is to help you enjoy moving again, so training becomes something that gives you energy rather than something you dread.
