ABOUT ME
Karen Van Rompay, personal trainer in Antwerp
I believe the right support can help anyone become stronger, fitter and more confident.
My interest in training grew out of downhill skateboarding and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Both taught me how much strength, technique and recovery matter when you want to improve.
Sport did not always come easily to me, so I understand that getting started can feel daunting. I focus on a personal approach you can fit into your life and keep up over time.
My aim is to help you enjoy moving again, so training becomes something that gives you energy rather than something you dread.
