One-to-one personal training focused on your goals

Each session is tailored to your level, with feedback on your technique and adjustments as you progress. You get a clear plan and a coach who helps you put it into practice.

WHY ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING?

Your session, your coach, your goals

  1. Train with a plan built around your goals and what you can do.

  2. Get individual guidance and feedback on every exercise.

  3. Make time for your progress, with each session planned for you.

YOUR GOALS

What would you like to work on?

  1. Build habits that support weight loss

Work towards a healthier body at a pace you can maintain. We focus on lasting habits rather than extreme diets or quick fixes.

  2. Get stronger and fitter

Whether you are new to the gym or already have experience, we start at your level and build your strength with attention to technique.

  3. More energy for everyday life

Build the fitness to support your work, hobbies and daily activities. Regular movement can help you feel more energetic throughout the day.

  4. Move more comfortably

Work on your mobility, posture and movement so everyday activities feel more comfortable as you get stronger.

HOW I WORK

What training together looks like

  1. Free consultation

We start with a relaxed conversation about your goals, any injuries and what you expect from training. It gives us a clear starting point, with no obligation to sign up.

  2. A personal training plan

Your plan is built around your situation. Every session has a clear purpose, and we adapt it as you progress.

  3. Individual coaching

I guide you through each session, give feedback on your technique and adjust the exercises when needed. You can ask questions and build confidence as you go.

ABOUT ME

Karen Van Rompay, personal trainer in Antwerp

I believe the right support can help anyone become stronger, fitter and more confident.

My interest in training grew out of downhill skateboarding and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Both taught me how much strength, technique and recovery matter when you want to improve.

Sport did not always come easily to me, so I understand that getting started can feel daunting. I focus on a personal approach you can fit into your life and keep up over time.

My aim is to help you enjoy moving again, so training becomes something that gives you energy rather than something you dread.
